What does Altamonte Technologies do?
We're a software company. We build ERP systems — inventory, production and work orders, scheduling, CRM, and billing on one database — for businesses with a lot of moving parts. Two of those systems are shipped products: MarinaHub for marinas, boatyards, and dry stack facilities, and our aviation platform for FBOs, MROs, and flight schools.
Do you only work in aviation and marine?
No. Those are where our shipped products are, but the core — inventory, production, CRM, scheduling, payments, reporting — isn't specific to either. Inventory and warehouse management is where we've gone deepest outside the two products. Tell us how your operation runs and we'll say honestly whether we're the right team for it.
Is MarinaHub the same company?
Yes. MarinaHub is our marina management product, built and maintained by Altamonte Technologies. It shares the same core as our aviation platform for CRM, inventory, payments, and reporting.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in a modern browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop. Add it to the home screen and it behaves like a native app — on the ramp, the dock, or the warehouse floor.
Can something specific to my operation be added?
Yes — that's a large part of the work. Beyond the standard modules, custom extensions are made around workflows unique to your business, rather than asking you to bend to a template.
Can I move data from my current system?
Yes. We import customers, assets, stock and parts catalogs, contracts, work-order history, and open balances so you start with everything already in place.
How does the payment side work?
Payments are integrated rather than bolted on: card, ACH, and cash all post to the same ledger as the work itself, with fraud scoring on the way in and automated documentation if a dispute lands.
